Studio Owner, Teacher
Aayushi’s practice of Yoga started at a very young age. She discovered the practice through the ‘eight limbs of Yoga’ described by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, encompassing the whole path of Yoga: moral, physical, mental and spiritual. Following the same, she sees Yoga, beyond something that is practised only on the mat, but as a philosophy of life.
Having great passion for the practice, she decided to train as a Yoga teacher and completed her 500hr RYT in Rishikesh. Inspired by experiences gathered through traveling, and guidance of various Masters and Gurus, she intends to share her understanding of the Yogic knowledge, to help bring self-awareness among people.
Aayushi is also an Architect and Designer. She has brought her passion and skills together to design the studio following a minimal, yet meditative design language. Her philosophy of Yoga and Architecture merged when she realised minimalism, is inspired by one of the 'Yamas'(social guidelines) of Yoga, i.e. 'Aparigraha' meaning non-hoarding.
A certified Yoga teacher, Deepti is a motivated teacher with advanced training in Yoga. She teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal Yoga and Lyrical Yoga. She founded 'Lyrical Yoga' in 2014. She is also trained in Jazz and contemporary dance forms and has been teaching and practicing Yoga and dance for last ten years.
She believes that when you begin the path of Yoga you begin the path of self-inquiry. It is the experience of oneness that inspires conscious action, compassionate dialogue and mutual understanding. It is this perspective that truly creates peace.
She wants to inspire as many people as possible to walk into the path of Yoga and be a facilitator to encourage them towards leading a healthy and peaceful life.
Debby has done her teacher training course at Svyasa, followed by another one at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram and then completed 500hrs training course at Yoga Indea Mysore.

She has volunteered in an ashram for a year teaching Yoga, and understanding different types of Yoga such as Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga & Raja Yoga. She believes in sharing her Yoga experience and mediation, to create harmony, to help people connect with themselves and their body to positively change their outlook on life and thus the outcome of their lives. Her goal as a teacher is to create amongst practitioners acceptance and compassion for one's self and others. As a practitioner and a teacher she intends to change the world for the better.
Sruthy’s very first experience of Yoga was at Chinmaya Vidyala where her daily practices included mild asanas and chanting. However, her practice became deeper and more regular when she injured her shoulder quite seriously and used asanas to help her with pain and injury. While her pain was getting better, she was getting deeper into the practice and started experiencing a very deep spiritual change. She was changing both outside and inside and was beginning to view Yoga as a mystery.
To her, Yoga is a deep awareness of her body, synchronizing with breath. It is her desire to communicate the connection of body and breath, through her teaching.

Over 15 years ago, Shilpa's initiation into Yoga was triggered by the simple need for a daily dose of positivity. The philosophy of Yoga seemingly filled a vacuum in the soul, which sought a balanced view to life beyond an hour of fitness everyday.
Dr. Shilpa, a dentist by qualification, blends her knowledge of human physiology and yogic philosophy to impart a scientific perspective on Yoga to her students. Teaching and practicing with a diverse group for over 3 years in the US and India has helped her appreciate each student's unique needs.

Muna began practicing Yoga through YouTube, mostly for health benefits. While exploring these Yoga videos, she stumbled upon a primary series of Asthanga Yoga and instantly fell in love. The entire series were beautifully woven together. Her desire to learn more straight from the source took her to KPJAYI, Mysore, where she currently studies Asthanga Yoga under the traditional lineage of Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, Shri R. Sharath Jois and Shri R. Saraswathi Jois.
She would love to share what she has learnt from her teachers to anyone and everyone willing to learn. She believes that Asthanga Yoga can be practiced by anyone who has a heart for it. Like Shri Krishnamacharya says, "If you can breathe, you can do Yoga".
She loves being a student of Yoga and continues to visit the shala annually.
Pankaj started practicing Yoga under the guidance of his Sanskrit teacher at the age of 12. What attracted him to the practice of Yoga is the fact that it's experiential. Yoga helped him connect within himself. Learning and experiencing the effects of Yogasana, Pranayma, Mudras and Bandhas in the physical and mental state of the body and exploring the science of Yoga, he developed a deep interest in Vedic philosophy and ancient wisdom.
Through the practice over the years he has come to realise that the practice of Yoga is not limited only to the physical benefits, it has changed him as a person too. He teaches Hatha Vinyasa and Acro Yoga. He has conducted workshops in the past on Meditation, Yogic sleep, Acro Yoga and the breathing techniques, Shatkarmas.
